How do I get the free license key for Lite level license?

The doc here says that the Lite License key is "Available for free. Login to your ArcGIS for Developers account and copy the key into your app."

I'm not seeing this option in my ArcGIS for Developers account.

Is this supported? If so, how do I get the key?

I'm looking for the key so that I can test my app to confirm my licensing logic is working before I test on the deployment device using customer's license key.

Once you sign in with your developer's account, you will be able to see the license on the right corner just like in the attached screen shot. Thanks

Based on the doc, I expected to be able to access this from the ArcGIS for Developers site/dashboard. That’s where I got mixed up.

The lite license is no longer located on that website. Where do I find it in 2021?

On the dashboard under ArcGIS Runtime there is a link to docs and tutorial.

In the docs under licenses (near the end of the list) you have the lite license
