Is there any way to set a Reference scale in code or get ArcGIS Runtime to honor the reference scale set in the MXD?

It does not look like it is supported but I may be missing something.

Thanks, John.

Hi John,

Yes, unfortunately neither 10.2.7 or 100.0 support a mapview level reference scale.

Cheers

Mike

Hi,

What approach are you using to open content from an MXD in ArcGIS Runtime? (e.g. .MPK and LocalServer, ArcGIS Pro and .MMPK)

Cheers

Hi Mike,

I'm using ArcMap to generate runtime content using File | Share As | ArcGIS Runtime Content.

Hi John,

Unfortunately at this time (v100.0) there is no support for a reference scale on the MapView in ArcGIS Runtime, but it is on the roadmap for a future release.

Cheers

Thanks Mike,

I assume the same can be said for 10.2.7? We need to stay on 10.2.7 until relationship support is implemented in v100.0

Thanks, John.

I have noticed the same is true with MMPKs  (100.2.1).  Are there any plans to support this feature in the future?

Hi Michael -

Any update on when we can expect reference scale support?

Thanks,

Kirk

Hi Kirk,

Yes - good news - it's currently under development and scheduled for one of the upcoming releases in 2019.

Cheers
