How to access local server from different machine?

I created an instance of local server , but when I am trying to hit that URL from different machine , It does not show the , ArcGIS Runtime Rest Directory Page. The URL is accessible from my machine , but from another machine which is in the same network , it is not accessible . Do I need to change something, or some settings to make it available ?? Please do help ,

Local Server is only meant to be accessed from the machine on which it is installed (hence the name "local").  For access to similar capabilities over network connections, ArcGIS Server can be used.
