We understand ArcGIS Runtime does not support Annotation FC yet. Please let us know if it possible and has any other way to access the Annotation layer as ArcGIS Runtime Content. However, we could share this content as Map Package and the Analyze window didn’t showed any errors. Do Suggest if we have any alternative way to access the same?
