Hello,
I would like to learn about the new preplanned workflow that allows us to take vector tiles offline. Where can I find some information that would allow me to export a portion of the World Street Map basemap for offline use?
I attempted to view this layer in ArcGIS Online, but I am getting an error when I attempt to open it in the Map Viewer that states 'The basemap World Street Map (for export) cannot be added to the map because you do not have privileges to use this layer'. As far as I know, I have all privileges assigned to me as a member of the ArcGIS Online organization.
