Raster file in runtime application

I am creating a raster from a shapefile through some processes within the application. This raster is loaded on the map by accessing a downloaded tif file. Now the raster and the loaded shapefile seems to have a shift with respect to the shapefile, in the runtime application.

When the downloaded files are opened in ArcMap, they seem to align with the shapefile and have the same spatial reference. Is there any bug or am I missing any process that should be done?

I have downloaded the data as mentioned here, and i have loaded it to my map as mentioned in this example.

I am using ArcGIS Runtime SDK Java, Version 100.1.

The spatial reference of the raster and the ArcGISMap must be exactly the same. How much of a shift are you seeing?

The shift was around 10 km at least. Well in addition to the shift, the raster symbology was also lost, it was all gray that is.

I have loaded the raster to my map according to this example. This works perfectly but takes some considerable time for a layer to be added to the map.
