Is there is any way to create shape file from geodatabase file or geodatabase file from shape file on android locally?

I have a geodatabase file in which I have the boundary point for polygon. I need to show polygon where map get loaded from given boundary point and display the details for that polygon when user click on it. How can this be done in android?
