Mapview and Sceneview

[Gharding]

Dear ESRI,
I'd like to have a full
screen mapview and a full screen
sceneview and use a button to
switch between the views.
Can you help me with the
xml layout file and the ESRI
code to switch between the
2D and the 3D view?
