R&H Edit Log NetworkId Mismatch

We manage two different LRS Networks in R&H using ArcGIS 10.8.1. Every route in network 1 has a corresponding route in network 2. Simply put, there are two main differences between the networks. Network 1 has all of the event data associated with it. Second, the Route Identifier (RouteID) in network  1 does not contain a dash (-), but the RouteID in network 2 does.

The highlighted records in the pictured Edit Log table show examples of where the edit was performed to a route in network 2, but the NetworkId field returns a value for network 1. This only occurs on some, but not all, Cartographic Realign activities (ActivityCode = 12).

We do not maintain any critical services using this field, but the behavior is not expected. I was wondering if anyone else had noticed similar behaviors.

Hello Aaron -

Can you validate that the dLrsNetworks domain has the correct network coded values representing your multiple LRMs. Can you validate that you do not in fact have RouteIds with hyphens in both networks. Is the hyphen in your Route Id part of a multi-field Route Id configuration? Lastly, can you please right click on the Blob and show the XML data.

Hi Aaron,

Are you only seeing this for cartographic realignment edits?  If so, that's expected if the centerline that was edited had a route(s) impacted in both networks.  Cartographic realignments will make changes to all routes that the centerline being edited is a part of across all time.
