Urgente - Error on the Vehicule Routing Service API - Only get 400 error result since this morning

We are using for several years the API of ESRI for Vehicule Routing Service. 

From 9.45 (GMT -3) this morning the API is answering only Error 400 - extended Code:-2147467259. 

We try sending JSON that we know for sure that are correct (because 2 hours before we get an answer from the API) but we cannot get anything else than the error. 

We get the Job ID correctly but then:

Pls does someone have any information!!

It just come back online OK

It seem quite light that there is no information on the state of each API .. Or is it that I don't know where is this information.

But we get result from the API after 2 hours of errors
