Hello - I have a couple of quick questions re the set up of the Origin Destination Cost Matrix service REST API:

1) If I only specify the required parameters, the service uses static road speeds based on average historical speeds or posted speed limits. It uses posted speeds in areas where historical traffic information isn't available. Where historical traffic information are available, these are based on "typical traffic", mentioned in the document, right?
2) is there a way to specify a range of days of the week, instead a specific day (based on date) and time? Basically, I would be interested to get driving time from A to B for Mon-Fri between 8am to 5pm (without specify dates etc)
