How to create Valid Closest Facility in Network Analysis

Greetings,

I have published a Network Analysis service having Nearest Facility layer,

My problem is that I don't have in it "Solve Nearest Facility" in the Supported Operations which can be seen in ESRI NA service http://sampleserver3.arcgisonline.co...est%20Facility

Kindly check the attached image to describe more my problem.

Is there some settings I missed to setup or something else?

Is Solve Closest Facility function supported/available for ArcGIS 9.3.1 or just for ArcGIS Server 10?

Whatever I try to do, the url "http://sourani-pc/ArcGIS/rest/services/NetworkNA/NAServer/Closest%20Facility/solveClosestFacility" returns Invalid URL, while "http://sourani-pc/ArcGIS/rest/services/NetworkNA/NAServer/Closest%20Facility" returns the property of the Closest Facility Layer in the NA service.

Kindly any help would be appreciated.

Support for Closest Facility and Service Area operations were added in REST API at 10.0. Please see http://help.arcgis.com/en/arcgisserver/10.0/apis/rest/whatsnew.html
