How do I get a token for Esri Open Data

Hi All,

I need a token for using Open Data that ESRI supplies on behalf of NIFC. The ESRI site provides API and data capabilities and for running requests it supplies a token used by everyone. I need one for my map that is not shared by everyone thus can exceed the usage limit.

Be great if ESRI put a link to a request for a token that say we renew once a year for open data. Right now the API interface they provide is unavailable and it is forest fire info used by everyone in the US and maybe some of Canada. The API interface ESRI provides just spins forever.
