I am setting up ArcGIS Server 10.2.2 on top of Oracle Spatial. We have double checked everything but we are getting an http Error 500 when we try to update a feature. Delete is working well at the feature service and database level, so at least one part of the stack is working.
Has anyone seen this issue and resolved it? It's really hard to find anything on this other than the basics in the help documentation.
Looked at this more and apparently editing on an Oracle spatial database will not work with the Express version of Oracle. After testing some basic ST type queries I can see why - only some of the geometry functions seem to work on 11g Express.
