Cannot view deployed SOE directly

After I deployed a SOE (see attachment), I cannot view the SOE directly in the ArcGIS Services directory. Why?

After you deploy an SOE then you create a map service and explicitly enable the SOE.

Show us the screen shots of the map service you created with the SOE enabled.

An SOE is like an addition to a map service.

Thanks! I thought a SOE would be the same as a Map Service that can be viewed in ArcGIS Services directory. Got it, thank you.
