Apologies for newbie question. I have an ArcGis Online Account only and I am the admin. I have created Feature Service Queries and can access them using using my token. I would like to use the GeometryServer Utilities API but cannot find where to enable it to my ArcGis Online Account? or perhaps it isn't available in AGO? or maybe there is a community api for Utilities?
The documentation is good but frequently doesn't indicate which product it is referring or is referring to an older product.
I can access this one and it works:
