I would like to union together adjacent polygons form a cadastral featureservice (like this one from the BLM) to create a polygon based on a legal land definition.
I would like the resulting polygon to have the highest possible degree of precision, but also not have any gaps/slivers.
To perform this union, I would like to use the XYResolution/Tolerance of the underlying featureclass.
Unfortunately, spatialReferenceInfo is not exposed. It is exposed for Event Layers and Network Layers - but not for Feature Layers. Please expose it.
