We are aware of an issue affecting the QuickCapture mobile app on iOS devices. When the user taps on a project button and the label text is read out using an incorrect voice/language - usually Arabic.

This is a result of a change in iOS 14.0 which means that not all text to speech voices are available on the device by default. As a result, the user must manually download the required file so that it can be used by QuickCapture.

To do this first check the language the device is set to by going to iOS Settings=>General=>Language & Region=>iPhone Language. For example, it may be set to English (US). Then go to Settings=>Accessibility=>Voice Over=>Speech=>Voice and download one of the available voices for that iPhone language. Once the download completes, QuickCapture will be able to use the voice and the issue will be resolved.
