How to enable the Production Mapping toolbox?

I've borrowed the Production Mapping License (selected it in ArcGIS Administrator), but how do I enable the Production Mapping Toolbox? (Couldn't find it in Customize > Toolbars, nor was it in Customize > Extensions). Thanks in advance.

No I have not. Looks like I'll need to obtain a software authorization number first and work with my server/license manager to install Mapping and Charting Solutions. I'm using this quick start guide for reference: Mapping and Charting Solutions 10.6.1 quick start guide—Quick Start Guides | ArcGIS Desktop
