customize a construction tool to draw a circle differently

         i want to create a new polygon geometry. i can draw a circle using a point and a radius，is it possible to  draw a circle  by  a point and a diameter.  when the mouse moving ,the sketch shape is right. how can i control the entire drawing in arcgis pro sdk？ mouse up, mouse down , sketch shape.etc.
