Why do I have "ATTACH" and "ATTACHREL"

For some reason all of my layers now show Geodatabase tables and relationship classes? Does this have something to do with Survey123? How do I fix this, I thought the tables and everything were all built into a single feature layer?

Adam,

Attachments are enabled on those feature classes. If you do not need attachments, right-click on the feature class and click "Delete Attachments". This will remove the corresponding relationship class and table.
