I can't find this tool in Pro: Extract Multipatch From Mesh (3D Analyst)—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation 

Does anyone know where is this tool?

Piaotian - if you're licensed for 3D Analyst, you will find the Extract Multipatch from Mesh GP tool in the 3D Analyst Tools->Extraction Toolset as seen in the image below.
