Where can I go in ArcGIS Pro to georeferencing a raster? Or, what replaces the Georectify toolbar in ArcMap?

Say I found a paper map I had scanned some time ago and would like to georeference it. There was a toolbar in ArcMap. Where do I go in Pro to accomplish this?

In the imagery tab, there should be an option to georeference:
