Hello all,
I have ArcGIS Pro 3.0 on my device, though this issue has persisted from v 2.7 as well. For some reason, the source link for the basemaps is incorrect, but I don't know how to fix it. When I go to create a new map with a basemap, any map style that uses a vector tile style of basemap won't load, leaving a blank white screen like the image attached (issue1). When I look at the properties of the layer, the data source for the basemap is incorrectly linked, showing the link in the image (issue2) instead of the correct one (for example, for the World Topo map it should be https://basemaps.arcgis.com/arcgis/rest/services/World_Basemap_v2/VectorTileServer)
I've scoured the documentation, but can't seem to find anything that expects the link itself to be wrong, and I don't know where to go from here. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Update: I connected to another network and I was able to load the basemaps using the "wrong" link, so they must have been blocked by a firewall. However, I would still like to know how to change the server link to one that I know does work on the other network (from testing with other people's computers)
