HI all

Im trying to upload a GeoTIF from my ArcPro into ArcOnline but keep getting the error log attached. I am not quite sure what is causing it and im not sure if am missing some obvious as I wont work with Rasters very often.

It is tif drone imagery that has bee converted to a GeoTIF, I am trying to share it along in British National Grid in the tile layer type.

Has anyone come across this before?

All the best

-Ed

Hello @EdHixson , are you able to post a sample GeoTIF that shows the problem, and some brief notes on the workflow you follow to upload it ?

Hi there

Sharing a sample of the TIF as quite hard due to its size and the 9mb limit on here.

In regards to the work flow

- Download TIF from BIM

- Load into ArcPro project

- Use Copy raster tool to change to GeoTIF

- Make sure project is BNG and attempt to upload in empty map.
