Train Deep Learning Model on Arcgis Pro

I'm trying to train a model with multiple classes with Pixel Classification but I am running into issues. I have two classes that I am trying to train but only one of them shows a non-zero number. I checked the input folders and they each contain training images. I am running on default parameters using a U-Net model. How can I get class 13 to be non-zero?
