Some features disappears after zoom in or out

We have a case when we are zoom in at a extent some features disappears. But they come again after zooming more. Check the screenshot below. 

We tried deleting old spatial index and re calculating it again using ArcGIS Pro, but with no success. Strangely it behaves differently on different computer.

Does the feature that is disappearing have a scale set?

Sometimes see that when there is empty geometry or other issues with the source.

Can try to run Repair Geometry GP tool.  That often resolves this issue.

Another thing to try is use the Feature Class to Feature Class GP tool and copy it to a new fGBD local on disk.  Delete the old FC and then copy/paste back into the original fGDB.  Does the behavior describe repeat?
