I'm using a canada albers equal area conic projection, and would like to rotate the map so that the y-axis lines up with true north. Obviously this will have some error since each graticule varies but is there a way to find the angle between latitude lines and the true north axis? 20 degree rotation sets north to be very close but I would prefer a more qualitative method if possible.

This may not pertain to arcgis pro since I'm using arcmap 10.1 but i had trouble finding the right group.

Update: I believe this article answers my question Setting rotation for data frame rules—Help | ArcGIS Desktop  .
