Request for permission when trying to view a Feature Service Layer

Hi All,

I am new to the community and have a question. Would you happen to know why I am receiving a "request for permission" when trying to view a Feature Service Layer I created? I have the option to click allow or cancel, either one brings me back to the same screen. This just started happening and I don't know why. Thanks in advance for your help!
