Model Builder: Manage then Export Tile Cache

I am trying to build a model to first run Manage Tile Cache, then take the result and run Export Tile Cache on it.

But model builder doesn't seem to like it.

Manage Tile Cache creates the green Map node, but it doesn't plug in nicely to Export Tile Cache. (because it doesn't in fact exist yet?)

I have the exact same problem.  Please help
