Lost license

Hi everyone

My name is Pedro, have been using GIS more than 10 years in the office and at home

I need to deactivate a license from uninstalled GIS machine to be activated in different machine and buy more licenses online.

I have been requesting all permissions but no answer. What can I do. Please advise as I cannot use my organization

You have to contact Tech Support.  They are the only ones that can verify your license status.
