Locate Regions fails

Hello, I am trying to run the Locate Regions tool on a raster output from my suitability model.  I have tried decreasing the total area, regions, and minimum area between regions as suggested by the post for the error on esri. Any tips would be appreciated. Cheers

you have a lot of water ... try setting those areas to nodata as suggested in the help
