I just purchased a Student license to learn ArcGIS Pro, but I'm unable to make it work. How can I access ArcGIS Pro?

If not possible, how can I get my money back or switch to the Professional License?

Thanks in advance.

Is it the Student or the Personal Use version?

Download ArcGIS Pro—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation

has some information and you will need to know your license type and your organization

I'm getting this error:

I payed for the "ArcGIS for Student Use". I really don't know what to do.

I agree with Dan - but honestly when you purchased your license you got no instructions at all on how to set things up? I'm guessing they set you up with an ArcGIS Online instance with a single named user that you log into to access ArcGIS Pro. The personal use license should give you access to all of Pro and many extensions.

Instructions weren't clear enough to me.
