Hello, I am having trouble figuring out a way to extract latitude and longitude coordinates from a pdf and wondered if anyone has experience doing that.  I want to find a way to pull them from a document so I don't have to enter them manually.  I tried the tool, Extract locations from document without success.  The document is outputted from a program called Carlson and has anywhere from 2-50 locations in decimal degrees.  Thanks for your help!

You may want to look into the LocateXT extension within ArcGIS Pro: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/help/data/locatext/extract-locations.htm

I have worked with clients using this to do something very similar.

Thanks!  I have that extension already, but I'm not sure how to actually do it.  Is there a specific tool to use?

This is the place to start. You can also customize the locator for the documents for better results.

Thank you for the info.  I am still not getting any data to show up in the attrivute table.  Maybe I need to go another route.

Still nothing has worked.  Just a blank attribute table.  Unfortunately, I don't think I'm going to be able to extract them without physically typing them.
