Is it true that ESRI will no longer support Arcgis programs running on Windows 7 platform in January, 2020?

Hi Patty,

Yes, Esri will be ending support for Windows 7 after January 14, 2020. You will still be able to use Esri software on these older operating systems, but defects relating to Windows 7, Windows Sever 2008, and Windows Server 2008 R2 will no longer be addressed.
