When I trying to add 2020 ESRI Land cover imagery from the Living Atlas into ArcGIS pro, the added file is not visible in the map window. Earlier it was visible and I clipped it for my study area. Now, I have tried everything even reinstalled the software but after being added, it is not visible nor any processing can be done on that.  If I am missing something? Your help will be highly appreciated.

Ensure you are adding the Tile Imagery Layer (see below screenshot)

Esri 2020 Land Cover - Overview (arcgis.com)

You could check another workaround.

1. Add Data > Data From Path

2. Use the following URL > Add

https://tiledimageservices.arcgis.com/P3ePLMYs2RVChkJx/arcgis/rest/services/Esri_2020_Land_Cover_V2/ImageServer

Clear cache, if required.

I would suggest adding the data to a new map without any other data being added first... this should set the extent and coordinate system of the map properly.   Worry about adding other layers after you get this one straightened out

Thanks, everyone for the help. By checking clearing Cache I was able to load the image.
