I am running ArcGIS Pro version 2.8.1 on a Windows 10 machine that has been fine for months. Today, whenever I mouse over certain icons, I see a weird distortion. It almost looks like the icon is zooming in and being obscured. My attached example is on the initial screen, where you can see the start without a template and a link on the right become unreadable, but it happens in the Catalog and Content Panes in the software, as well as many other places.
Has anyone seen this before? I cannot find anything online about it.

Thank you so much! That was exactly the problem. I have a Dell and honestly have been meaning to get rid of that Alienware bloatware for a while. After uninstalling it, no more UI glitches.
