I have purchased arcgis pro single user but I have problems in its activation. Even after getting the authorization, the licence tab says it hasn't. Please help

I have purchased ArcGIS pro single user but I have problems in its activation. Even after entering the authorization ID and getting the success notification, the license tab remains inactive and shows that authorization hasn't been done. Upon trying for the second time, it shows that all features have already been activated/authorized, whereas they aren't. Please help

Hi Bilal,

Based on the screenshot are you trying to transition from using named users to single use for Pro? Also to clarify, did you purchase Pro or Personal Use which includes Online Pro and Desktop?
