How Raster Calculator works—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation

I don't think you need a tutorial.  The help topics are pretty explicit,

Just launch Arctoolbox, find the Spatial Analyst or Image Analyst toolsets or search in Arctoolbox for the Raster Calculator, or Minus or Plus.

As for tutorials, there are 134 links within tutorials in the Help files

Minus (Spatial Analyst)—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation

Plus (Spatial Analyst)—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation

or course, the above can be simplified if using the Raster Calculator.
