I'm creating a geological map with some normal faults in it. I would like to add the immersion to the faults, as reported in the picture below... but I can't find the symbology for it and I'm not able to create it either. How can I do it? Or do you know a packet that I can download to have it?

If you want to give it another try creating the template manually you can start from a basic line feature and add a second layer (shape marker) to the symbology using the structure property. You can set the dash pattern on the line marker and line up the marker using offset/marker placement options like this:
