How to copy all field names and aliases into Excel?

Hi there, 

I am trying to copy the field names and aliases of my layer into excel in this exact format (field names one column, alises column next to it) rather than the look of an attribute table with the field names on top and attributes under. 

Is there an easy way to do this? Thanks!

  1. Open the "Fields view of your layer

  2. Select All, Copy (Ctrl + C)

  3. Open an Excel sheet, paste (Ctrl + V)
