How do you move the patch under the label in the arcgis pro legend?

I would like to stack the label and patch in the legend, but it appears if my data layer has only a single symbol they are horizontal.  This is possible in arcmap and I use it all the time.

A single entry legend...

• select the legend
• convert to graphics
• ungroup

The only legend I had... patch was to the left previously.

You can regroup them, by selecting both ungrouped elements, right-click, group
