How do I 'ramp colors' in ArcPro?

In ArcMap I could choose a predefined color ramp and then alter portions of it by assigning my chosen colors to various ranges, selecting the first and last ranges while holding down Ctrl, right click and choose 'Ramp Colors'.

After which I would have a modified color ramp. Super easy. 

How to I do this in Pro?

Now called color schemes, and there is a text description that looks similar to what you are trying to do

I just noticed the 'Format color scheme..' option that allows one to change the color ramp pretty easily.
