How do I get basemap imagery clipped so an engineer can drop it into CAD?

Hi,

My engineer needs a basemap image for his cover sheet of a project we are working on.  I want to get him a georeferenced raster, probably in TIF format that he can use and really struggling.  How can I get a clip of the imagery from GIS for him to use?  Clip raster doesn't let you select the GIS basemaps, including ones from REST services online that I have found for our project area.  This is like a 1:12,000 scale basemap we are looking for.

Cheers,

Justin

Justin,

I often perform this same task.  From a map (not a layout), click the Share tab and Export Map.  This will export your screen extents to a file, be sure to check the Write world file box so it creates a world file for import in CAD.  For more details see,  https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/sharing/overview/export-a-map-or-layout.htm
