How do I add Arcgis world geocoding service to Arcgis Pro?

I have looked at the previous entries. It shows up in my profile settings and I can manually add to each product. Put I want it to be a default in each of my new products. When I try to add the portal, the image attached is what I get:

Please help with this issue. I cannot chat or open a case to figure this out.

I found a workaround for this that is working for my organization. I was having the same issue where the world locator wasn't showing up by default even though it was enabled in the ArcGIS Online settings.

What I did was went to the utility services tab in settings as mentioned above and added a new world locator using this URL:
https://geocode.arcgis.com/arcgis/rest/services/World/GeocodeServer 
Name it whatever you want and save. Close and reopen Pro and BOTH locators should be there, the original world locator and the workaround that you just added. I'm not sure why this initiates the original as well.
