I have coverages that my users in education downloaded from FAO... but they only have Pro and not ArcMap. How can they convert these coverages to something they can use in ArcGIS Pro?  ... such as a shapefile or a gdb feature class?

Thank you.

Thanks for sharing this. I'm using this in my grad class tonight.

GDAL/OGR is your friend. It can read an ArcINFO binary coverage, and write out a shapefile, or file geodatabase

@JosephKerski  -  well 5 years later, I'm using this in my spatial databases course where the professor gives us coverages to convert. I only have ArcGIS Pro on my laptop and this saved the day.  Haven't used coverages in ages.
