Field rule in attribute table controlling point data visibility

I have inherited a tree geodatabase with a tree layer feature class. One of the tree layer attribute table fields is labeled as "Active" where Y or N is the option. When a tree is indeed active and alive on the property, it is coded with a Y and the point shows up on the map. When a tree is removed, it is coded with a N and the point no longer shows up on the map.

I am trying to find out where this rule lives in the geodatabase/feature class/field? Essentially, how was this set up for this particular field?

Much appreciated,

Domains are definitely part of it.

If you're interested in why it's disappearing, check out Definition Queries or its symbology.

Thank you both! I was able to find where this was coded in the display filters under symbology. Much appreciated.
