Not sure if this is possible with the given tools but I have a very specific issue that I am open to any number of imperfect solutions.
I've plotted a number of Strike and Dip symbols that need to be added to a map made in CAD. The symbols use unique values to adjust the angle of the symbol. When exporting to KML, the symbols rotate with the view and the labels are not present.
I tried to use the "Return Single Composite Image" in the Layer to KML tool, but that returned an very low resolution image. Attempting to adjust either "Size of Returned Image (Pixels)" to anything but 1024 or "Output Image DPI" to anything but 96 results in an empty output.
