• Did you enter the correct user name?
• Did you enter the correct password?
• Does the member exist?
• Is this your first attempt to login, or did you manage to login with this member before?
• Did you contact your organization's administrator?

I have entered the correct username, password, the member exists and this is my first attempt, I am also the administrator of my organisation still its not working.
