Enable Archive Tool failing with no information in Pro

Anyone experience a blank error for the Enable Archive tool failing?
Doing this in Pro 2.7.1 on a feature class in an enterprise geodatabase. Trying to prep for offline sync. Have tried doing this both before and after Enabling Attachments. Tried on other feature class in the same geodatabase didn't work. Have successfully ran this on previous feature classes, also stored in same feature dataset.
